John Niederman, President
Mr. Niederman has been the President of Pathfinder Services Inc. since 1985. During that time he has taken Pathfinder Services Inc. from a 1.5 million dollar organization serving Huntington County residents to an over 14 million dollar organization with offices in three counties. Diana Laux, Chief Financial Officer
Diana began with Pathfinder Services Inc. in 1992, and is the organization’s Chief Financial Officer. Diana is responsible for overseeing all financial aspects of the organization along with the IT Department. She is also responsible for creating the organizational budget. Contact Diana

Sandi Circle, HR Director
Sandi has been with Pathfinder Services Inc. since 1979, and is the organization’s Human Resource Director. Sandi is responsible for overseeing the functions of the Human Resources Department, Health and Safety, Transportation, Maintenance, Property and Casualty Insurance, and Worker’s Compensation for Pathfinder Services Inc. Sandy Wing, Senior Director of Community Supports
Sandy has been with Pathfinder Services Inc. since 1987, and has a Bachelor’s degree in Elementary Education with an endorsement in special education from Ball State University. Sandy is responsible for the oversight and supervision for the following areas of Pathfinder Services Inc.:

• Residential Group Home Services

• Supported Living Services

• Community Integration Services

• Transitional Housing Services

• Kids Kampus Day Care

• Kids Kampus Premier Pre-School and Special Needs Pre-School

• Kids Kampus First Steps Services

• Resource Connection

• Development of new service areas

Sandy has continued her education through various leadership, facilitating, and person-centered-planning trainings. Sandy is also involved with the United Way of Huntington County, and INARF (Indiana’s Association for Rehabilitation Facilities).

Sandy enjoys the opportunity of getting to know people and serving them in the best ways possible. She feels it is a privilege for people to allow Pathfinder Services Inc. into their lives and for the organization to be able to offer assistance when needed.

When not working, Sandy enjoys being with people, music, reading, and anything that makes her laugh. Sandy is also involved with Psi Iota Xi Sorority Phi Chapter, and Union Church. Contact Sandy
