Sign-On Bonus
Now for a limited time we are offering a sign-on bonus to all new employees. After completion of all mandatory trainings, you will receive a $250 bonus. You will receive an additional $250 after 60 days of employment. Upon 6 months of successful employment you will receive a final bonus of $250 totaling $750 in bonus opportunities in your first year.

Apply to be a Direct Support Professional
Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) work directly in the homes of individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities or at our day services program sites for Pathfinder Community Supports.
DSPs act as mentor, teacher, and support to people with intellectual and other types of developmental disabilities, assisting them to live, learn, and work successfully as an active part of their communities. DSPs also provide support as needed in homes, day service locations, and/or community settings, to assist clients in reaching their ultimate potential while always taking into consideration their dreams and goals for their own lives.
Qualified applicants must have a valid Indiana Driver’s License and acceptable driving record, High School Diploma or equivalent, ability to lift 50 pounds occasionally, ability to climb stairs occasionally, ability to physically restrain, lift, and/or assist individuals we serve. Qualified applicants must also be available to work a flexible schedule that could include Friday, Saturday, or Sunday.
