Our Highlighted Positions

Direct Support Professionals (DSP’s) – Will work directly in the homes of individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities or at our day services program sites for Pathfinder Community Supports. DSP’s act as a mentor, teacher, and support to people with intellectual and other types of developmental disabilities, to assist them to live, learn, and work successfully as an active part of their communities. DSP’s also provide supports as needed, whether in their homes, day service locations, and/or community settings, to assist clients to reach their ultimate potential, while always taking into consideration their dreams and goals for their own lives.

Qualified applicants must have valid Indiana Driver’s License and acceptable driving record, High School Diploma or equivalent, ability to lift 50 pounds occasionally, ability to occasionally climb stairs, ability to physically restrain, lift and/or assist clients, and availability to work a flexible schedule which could include Friday, Saturday or Sunday. Full time, part time and substitute positions are available. Kids Kampus Administrator: Responsible for the administration of programs and services at Kids Kampus.  Assures that a comprehensive approach, effective curriculum and positive teaching techniques are utilized to meet the individual needs of each child and family allowing them to reach their highest potential.

Seeks to develop new services for children meeting the needs on an individual as well as community basis.  Assures compliance with applicable State Department of Public Welfare, Paths to QUALITY, Department of Education, Office of Head Start Performance Standards, and Indiana Rules for Licensing Child Care Centers codes and regulations.

Oversees the development and implementation of corporate-wide privacy principles, policies and practices. Responsible for coordinating all Kampus activities with privacy implications, as well as monitoring all of the Kampus’s services and systems to assure meaningful privacy practices. Advocates and protects child, family and client privacy by serving as a key privacy advisor for them.

Job Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Elementary and/or Special Education with an emphasis on Early Childhood Education.
  • Preferably has at least three years successful experience in working with children and administration
  • Ability to work independently, exercise initiative and supervise others.

Qualified applicatnts must have high school diploma or equivalent, proficient computer skills including Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft PowerPoint and Microsoft Access, as well as excellent written, verbal and social communication skills.
