Our Highlighted Positions

Direct Support Professionals (DSP’s) – Will work directly in the homes of individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities or at our day services program sites for Pathfinder Community Supports. DSP’s act as a mentor, teacher, and support to people with intellectual and other types of developmental disabilities, to assist them to live, learn, and work successfully as an active part of their communities. DSP’s also provide supports as needed, whether in their homes, day service locations, and/or community settings, to assist clients to reach their ultimate potential, while always taking into consideration their dreams and goals for their own lives.

Qualified applicants must have valid Indiana Driver’s License and acceptable driving record, High School Diploma or equivalent, ability to lift 50 pounds occasionally, ability to occasionally climb stairs, ability to physically restrain, lift and/or assist clients, and availability to work a flexible schedule which could include Friday, Saturday or Sunday. Full time, part time and substitute positions are available. Kids Kampus Business Office Assistant- will take on receptionist responsibilities to greet families and public via in person, telephone and/or written correspondence. Employee must be flexible carry out such duties as requested to assist in day to day operation of the Kids Kampus Office.

This position is up to 29 hour/week. It includes PTO and Sick Time Benefits. This position will also provide assistance and back-up to other administrative staff. Employee provides secretarial and administrative assistance to the Administrator, the Assistant to the Administrator and the staff at Kids Kampus. This position is responsible for the day to day operations of the front desk.

Qualified applicatnts must have high school diploma or equivalent, proficient computer skills including Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft PowerPoint and Microsoft Access, as well as excellent written, verbal and social communication skills.
