Adventurers is a free year-round program for income eligible children ages six weeks to three years whose parents/guardians are working or are in school. Each child who attends Early Head Start receives child development and health services.
This classroom offers center-based services. Children spend full days in the classroom learning, playing, and receiving EHS curriculum to prepare for preschool and kindergarten. There will be at least two family/child educator visits to the child’s home each year to allow parents to work on child development and family goals. Adventurers offers a preschool environment for learning and socialization and input to EHS Program Administration through the Policy Council.
