The Early Head Start home-based program is a free year-round program that serves income eligible pregnant mothers and children up to age three. Each child who attends Early Head Start receives child development and health services.
The home-based program offers services inside the family’s home. There will be at least one family/child educator visit to the family’s home each week to allow parents and educators to work together in every aspect to achieve family goals. Other free home visits will be based on the needs of the family.
