Remote Access
For Pathfinder Services employees to access their Pathfinder applications, such as email via Citrix, follow these 3 steps (If you have already installed the Citrix software, skip Steps 1 & 2)

If you have already installed the Citrix software and can no longer access Citrix, please click here for instructions (PDF) and if that does not work, call the IT help desk.

Step 1
Download Citrix Receiver: Click here to Download Citrix   (PDF)

Step 2
Add https://citrix.pathfinderservices.org to your trusted sites list. Click Here for Instructions   (PDF)
(you can print them for reference)

Step 3
Click HERE to Log-in to Citrix
Once you are at the login page, add that page to your Favorites or Bookmarks and you can go right to the login page in the future and skip this page.

 

SYSTEM REQUIREMENTS

In order to gain access to our remote access system you will need the following:

  • Citrix Receiver Client (install in Step #1 above)
  • Internet Explorer (versions 8 or higher).

In theory, the latest versions of Firefox and Chrome browser should also work. However, these platforms have not been tested and may require additional steps to properly launch the applications.
