Home Buyer Education in Burmese at Fort Wayne 3/28/15

The Pathfinder Community Connections NeighborWorks HomeOwnership Center is offering a Home Buyer Education class taught in Burmese on Saturday, February 28th from 8:00AM until 5:00PM at their office located at 1005 W. Rudisill Blvd, Suite 301 in Fort Wayne.

The eight hour class, taught in Burmese, will focus on reviewing what is necessary to become successful home buyers and home owners.  Pathfinder Community Connections follows the NeighborWorks curriculum, “Realizing the American Dream”, which is used by home buyer educators across the United States.

The class is $60 per family and reservations are required. Potential home buyers include individuals who have never owned a home, have owned a home but no longer live there due to divorce, have always rented or lived with family members, have a good credit record, earn 50-80% of the area’s median income, and those who want to own a home but believe they cannot afford it.
