HomeOwnership Center will Host Financial Capabilities Workshop

What’s that?

HomeOwnership Center is hosting a Financial Capabilities Workshop. .  The focus is on overall financial wellness with an emphasis on building and improving credit scores to work toward home ownership. Topics covered include:

  • How credit reporting works and how to achieve a healthier credit score.
  • Learn to track expenses and identify spending leaks.
  • Establish financial goals and a spending plan.

It only takes 1 class for you to feel more confident with your financial situation. For convenience, the class will be held several times throughout 2017. Some specified classes will be taught in Burmese to accommodate those who would prefer this option. The English classes will be held in 2 four hour sessions to make it more accessible throughout the week.
