Pathfinder Services Hires Brooks Fetters as Chief Marketing and Development Officer

Pathfinder Services, Inc. President and CEO John Niederman has announced the hiring of Brooks Fetters as Chief Marketing and Development Officer. Fetters recently concluded his second term as the Mayor of the City of Huntington. He is an accomplished executive leader whose career in Huntington has spanned more than two decades, with a strong focus on servant leadership.


HUNTINGTON, IN – Pathfinder Services, Inc. President and CEO John Niederman has announced the hiring of Brooks Fetters as Chief Marketing and Development Officer.

Fetters recently concluded his second term as the Mayor of the City of Huntington. He is an accomplished executive leader whose career in Huntington has spanned more than two decades, with a strong focus on servant leadership. Fetters is well-acquainted with Pathfinder Services, having previously served on the Board of Directors.

“We are so thrilled to have Brooks join our executive team,"

says Niederman.

“He not only brings skills of strong leadership to us, but he also has a strong passion for our mission and those we serve.”

In his position, Fetters will be responsible for leading the efforts of Pathfinder Services to increase grant funding, along with individual and business investments into the organization.

“I look forward to being able to continue to serve the community I love,”

says Fetters.

“I look forward to enriching the personal connections I have already made in Huntington as well as making new connections in all of the Northeast Indiana communities served by Pathfinder Services.”

Before taking office as Mayor of the City of Huntington in 2012, Fetters was the managing director of Myers Funeral Homes in Huntington and Markle. Prior to that, he served as a pastor to congregations in Indiana and Ohio. He has degrees from Huntington University and Mid America College.

Fetters begins his new role today, January 7, 2020.
