Pathfinder Services Increasing Wages and Offering More Growth Opportunities
Huntington, IN: Pathfinder Services is increasing wages for Direct Support Professional (DSP) and Front-Line Supervisor positions beginning June 3, 2021.

These increases come from an increase in funding approved by the State of Indiana and work throughout the Pathfinder Services Organization to reduce expenses and increase revenue.
DSPs will start at $15.50 an hour and have growth opportunity up to $19.00 an hour. Front-Line Supervisors will start at $19.00 an hour. Wages for Substitute DSPs increases to $14.50 an hour.

Right now, Pathfinder Services is also offering up to $750 in sign-on bonuses.
