Assures that all Pathfinder Services, Inc. employees are among the best trained staff in the field of services to people with disabilities. Position is responsible to develop, coordinate and implement all training for Pathfinder Community Support Services staff; to foster a learning environment and culture that both inspires and equips Pathfinder Community Support Services staff to fulfill their mission and be the best in their fields.
This position will be charged with the responsibility to develop and implement, for all direct services staff, a comprehensive training program in compliance with all funding sources, CARF, and OSHA. They will provide and or arrange for hands on instruction and engage staff in continuous learning and leadership development.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Services, Education, or related field or specialized training in appropriate areas and one year minimum successful experience preferred.
- Considerable knowledge of adult learning and teaching techniques.
- Must Possess a valid driver’s license and meet agency insurability requirements.
- Must possess excellent teamwork and communication (written and oral) skills.
