The future leaders of Huntington County that attend Pathfinder Kids Kampus Child Care Center will be helping the future leaders of Joplin Missouri on Saturday, June 18th.
Pathfinder Kids Kampus will be accepting donations of new or gently used toys, clothes, games, books, diapers, shoes, bedding, bikes and monetary donations to help the children of Joplin Missouri. Many of these families have lost their toys, homes, and keepsakes in the tornados that struck the area in May.
“We would like to thank everyone in advance for helping our children in their efforts of helping others,” stated Lisa Mettler, Administrator of Pathfinder Kids Kampus. “It is our goal at Kids Kampus to help children and families of Joplin Missouri by providing them with anything we can to assist in helping them with their tragic loss,” Mettler concluded.
Donations are being accepted immediately at Pathfinder Kids Kampus located at 435 Campus Street in Huntington on Monday through Friday from 6:00 A.M. to 6:00 P.M.
Additionally, the Kids Kampus Helping Hands Wagons will also accept donations along the Heritage Days parade route on Saturday, June 18th in Huntington.
