Pathfinder Services, Inc., a comprehensive human and community development organization, is offering FREE beginning sign language classes in their Huntington, Wabash and Plymouth offices this month.
The classes are being offered to all Pathfinder employees and the community. Class topics include understanding deaf culture, the history of sign language, and an introduction to the manual alphabet and basic signs. Classes are for those who would like to learn basic sign for the first time, or just brush up on their skills.
The Huntington class will take place on Wednesday, February 17th from 12:30 until 2:30 P.M. at Pathfinder Services Annex location at 960 East State Street in Huntington. The Wabash class will take place on Thursday, February 18th from 9:00 A.M. until 11:00 A.M. in the Pathfinder Community Supports office at 2049 South Wabash Street in Wabash. The Plymouth class will take place on Friday, February 19th from 12:30 until 2:30 P.M. in the Pathfinder Community Supports office at 1601 West Jefferson Street Suite 15 in Plymouth.
