Pathfinder Services Participates in Business4Better Conference

Loretta Mottram and Diane Miller meeting with Gretchen Shaw

Pathfinder Services participated in a Business4Better (B4B) conference in Anaheim California on May 1st and May 2nd.  The conference focused specifically on individuals from midsized enterprises responsible for social responsibility, community outreach and corporate volunteer programs.  The conference assisted businesses like Pathfinder Services in developing the knowledge, competencies and contacts to partner with nonprofits in ways that make a substantive impact on societal causes — from poverty alleviation to education to environmental protection — and on their own business performance, from branding to employee engagement to product innovation.
Pathfinder Services was one of over 200 exhibitors invited to attend this conference which had over 1,750 attendees.  Loretta Mottram, Senior Director of Business Development and Diane Miller, Purchasing & Sales Support Manager for Pathfinder Services attended the conference educating and networking with Corporate Socially Responsible Business from across the country about the services and products available under the Pathfinder Services Umbrella.
“This conference has been instrumental for our organization to drive partnerships and creating social impact while assisting us in telling high-impact stories about our Local, Statewide and National partnerships,” stated Loretta Mottram.  “Relationships and knowledge developed through this conference have allowed for Pathfinder Services to better measure our commercial and service business social return on investment for years to come.”  Mottram added.
“Key take-a-ways I have from the conference include helpful tools to develop business knowledge and relationships to partner with nonprofits in ways that impact local communities, employee engagement and our own overall organizational business performance,” Mottram concluded.
