HUNTINGTON, IN – In a check presentation on Monday, December 16, Pathfinder Services revealed that $30,669 was raised through the 15th Annual Kids Kampus Turkey Trot 5K Run / 1 Mile Walk on Thanksgiving, November 28, 2019. There were 1,046 people registered for the event, with all proceeds going to Kids Kampus in support of the children and families served.
“We are so grateful to our participants and sponsors who have helped make Turkey Trot a successful Thanksgiving tradition,” says Pathfinder Services President and CEO John Niederman. “It is great to see the same faces year after year and see families grow, as well as meet new people who are excited to begin a new tradition.”
Money raised through the event will create greater opportunity for children to benefit from the high-quality educational and nurturing environment provided at Kids Kampus.
On hand for the check presentation were representatives of Pathfinder Services, Kids Kampus, host sponsor McDonald’s of Huntington, and sponsors Huntington County Community Foundation and PNC Bank.
