Pathfinder Services wishes to thank all of the volunteers from the Nazarene Church who made the Community Volunteer Day on September 22nd a complete success.  Nearly 200 volunteers gave their time and skills at several locations throughout the community by providing solutions for those experiencing economic or developmental challenges.

Throughout the day, volunteers could be found doing good deeds such as painting outside structures and fences, helping sort merchandise at Pathfinder Sweet Deals consignment store, cleaning toys and play areas at Pathfinder Kids Kampus and serving lunch at an End of Summer Celebration for Pathfinder Community Supports clients and staff.  Volunteers also assisted with the installation of an Amramp, an ADA compliant and modular, open-mesh ramp at the home of a family in need facing accessibility struggles.

“We are extremely appreciative of the nearly 200 volunteers who donated their time and efforts on Sunday,” stated Loretta Mottram, Senior Director of Business Development for Pathfinder Services. “The positive impact that was felt by our clients and our community in one short day due to the generosity of these volunteers is truly moving. I would also like to thank Pastor Keith White from the Nazarene Church for helping to coordinate the activities and volunteers,” Mottram concluded.
