Programs for Teenagers
Pathfinder Services Community Supports Teen Programs began in the summer of 2007 to focus on the specific needs and interests of young adults with physical and intellectual disabilities. The programs are available to young adults age 13 through high school graduation.
Before and after school programs provide safe and secure places for teens to socialize and prepare for the day, or socialize and relax at the end of the school day, while offering parents the peace of mind that their child is being cared for and nurtured by trained staff members.
Our summer enrichment day camps are packed with fun, safe. and meaningful activities that promote continuous learning and retention skills. The goal is for teens to make memories through the summer and return to school prepared to learn without the loss of any skills.
Our Teens on the Town program offers young adults planned, supervised activities every other month that allow for having fun, socializing, making new friends, and experiencing opportunities geared toward young people in the community.
