The Path to a Greater Community

Pathfinder Community Supports is the developmental disability services division of Pathfinder Services and began impacting lives in 1966. Pathfinder Community Supports offers Supported Independent Living, Group Home Living, Community Integration/Day Services, and Structured Family Caregiving for children through adulthood.

Creative Abilities Art Studio, located at 2806 Theater Ave, Huntington, IN 46750, provides creative opportunities for adults with intellectual disabilities who are served by Pathfinder Community Supports’ Day Services program.  This program offers adults full or part-time person-centered activities to facilitate life skills through community and center-based activities.  The Creative Abilities Art Studio is an expansion of the current art program at Pathfinder Community Supports and provides a space within the community where artists can paint, sculpt, sew, draw and craft jewlry.

Pathfinder Community Supports provides customized services to support your choices of where and how to live, including work and leisure. Whether in a group home or in our supported living program, Pathfinder provides the services you need to live as you wish.

Community Integration/Day Services provided by Pathfinder Community Supports encourages the individuals served to participate in the community. We build social skills, focus on individual goal development and take life experience trips.

Teen Programs provided by Pathfinder Community Supports began in the summer of 2007. They include an After School Program, Summer Enrichment Camp and Teens on the Town. All teen programs are geared for young adults 13 years through high school graduation with intellectual disabilities.
