What We Do and Why
Pathfinder Services, Inc. is dedicated to strengthening people and strengthening communities through inclusion of people of all abilities.
We support people who face developmental, physical, social, or economic challenges through six distinct divisions of the organization, each with its own unique programming.
Pathfinder Services has a team of more than 450 dedicated employees who assist more than 4,000 people throughout northeast Indiana. Our team of dedicated and caring individuals has a passion for serving others and improving our communities.
The Pathfinder Services original Board of Directors was established in 1965 to seek community support for an organization to serve people with disabilities in Huntington County. In 1966, more than 1,001 memberships were obtained and a school and sheltered workshop were the first programs to begin operation.
The Board of Directors is comprised of area business leaders, educational leaders, and community members trusted to provide insight and guidance to the organization to help achieve established goals and objectives.
With numerous offices and six divisions of Pathfinder Services, there is sure to be a career for you. We have employment opportunities in each community we serve and each open position is described in detail.
The Pathfinder Foundation exists to advise and guide all major tax-deductible contributions, gifts, and bequests to Pathfinder Services. Goals are to provide funding to benefit those served by Pathfinder Services and identify and provide funding for others with disabilities who are not served by Pathfinder Services.
