“Carol is always willing to help and go the extra mile. She is always willing to be moved around to another house to work. She is always picking up extra shifts when needed to help out. She is always willing to help by staying over shifts if needed. She is a sweet soul and always nice to others. Our individuals love her and definitely the mom vibes she gives off. She is a kind and familiar face that our individuals are always looking forward to seeing. There are too many times to point out just one example of her going the extra mile.”
"Carol goes above and beyond for our people and for our staff by filling in wherever she can. She is always a team player and so kind and helpful. Carol works extra shifts every weekend at other houses, yet if I have a question about something and message her, she is always quick and kind to respond. I truly appreciate her and all her efforts and kindness."
“Carol is willing to be pulled from her regular position to multiple other houses due to staffing issues. Carol also works many overtime hours outside her PPA at multiple houses to ensure the individuals have staffing. She rarely takes a day off. She goes the extra mile almost daily!”
“Carol is always working and helping at other houses even on the days she is supposed to be at her normal house. She always comes to work with a big smile. If I ever have a question or need advice, Carol is there! She loves the individuals and puts her all into her job! She picks up at needed houses even if it's her day off!”
“Carol is an awesome lady to work alongside. She treats staff and individuals like family. She works a lot of extra hours and does it with a smile. She doesn't complain when she is pulled from her own position to fill in at another home. She still goes in with a smile even though she misses her peeps!”
“Carol is always in such a great mood. She is always positive and willing to work. She helps out at all the houses when she is needed. I know she is always someone I can go to with any questions, and she will help me out the best she can. She has gone the extra mile by coming in on her day off to help me and another staff to pass medication when we were not familiar with the medication. That is just one example out of a lot of times she has went the extra mile for our staff and individuals we serve.”
