Welcome Lindsey Griggs, New Director of Residential Supports!
Pathfinder is pleased to announce the appointment of Lindsey Griggs as its new Director of Residential Supports. With a decade of experience in social work and residential services, Griggs brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to lead the organization in ensuring the well-being and success of individuals in the Residential program.
Griggs holds a social work degree from Indiana Wesleyan University and has dedicated herself to helping those in need, particularly in the areas of mental health, domestic violence, and homelessness. As a resident of downtown Fort Wayne, she actively engages in the vibrant community atmosphere and enjoys trivia nights, exploring farmer's markets, watching movies, and immersing herself in anything spooky or Christmas-related.
Griggs believes that a safe and dignified home is essential for everyone's well-being, regardless of their background. Her commitment to creating a secure and welcoming environment for all individuals makes her an ideal leader for Pathfinder.
In her previous role as the Director of Neighbor Engagement at Fortify Life, Griggs successfully launched and oversaw a residential program for unhoused individuals and families. She has also made significant contributions to organizations like YWCA and Catholic Charities. Her passion for residential services and dedication to empowering individuals facing various challenges and barriers make her a valuable addition to the Pathfinder team.
Pathfinder is confident that Lindsey Griggs' leadership as the Director of Residential Supports will enable the organization to continue its mission of providing individuals with the stable and supportive living environment they deserve.
