Our May GEM Award Winner!

Posted 06/28/2023

Congratulations to our May GEM Award recipient, Amy Lochner!

"Amy is truly a GEM. She always goes out of her way to help, answer questions, or walk me through a new task, and it is always with a smile. From my first day with Pathfinder Services in January, she has been available and encouraging, and she tells me how happy she is that I am a part of the team. Amy created several different training materials that are very specific and easy to follow, and they have helped our team tremendously. As I continue to learn new aspects of my job, she continues to be available for questions and provides materials to help me understand and be more efficient.

“Amy is the most organized and friendly person. She always seems to know the answer when I need one, or will help find the answer, and never makes anyone feel incompetent. I feel that even on the days that I think she may be feeling down, she puts a smile on and perseveres through. Amy is great at being the go-between for clients and our builders/realtors. She gives 100% of herself to everyone around her, and I am not sure we would be organized without her. There isn't just one specific way that Amy goes the extra mile. Amy always makes sure we have files, paperwork, snacks, drinks, and anything needed to make a meeting go smooth or a person feel comfortable. She is easy to talk to and helps me when I am having a huge anxiety day. She doesn't know it, but she brings me back to my calmness, and I enjoy her company. This may not be a huge contribution to Pathfinder as a whole, but it is a huge contribution to me and helps me keep my job performance that I have to do at a higher level for VITA and HOC. She is a gem.”

“Whenever I speak with someone from HOC, Amy Lochner's name always comes up. She has served as a supportive resource and patient guide. She has gone the extra mile to sit with new members of the HOC team and walk them through processes and systems, and she makes herself available whenever it is needed. Thank you, Amy, for being a beacon of kindness and support to all!”
