HUNTINGTON, IN - Pathfinder Services President and CEO Danielle Tips has announced the appointment of Michelle Banks as the new Chief Financial Officer (CFO) for the organization.

Banks has more than 15 years of experience in corporate and non-profit accounting. She has been the CFO at the YWCA of Northeast Indiana for the past three and a half years, where she managed all financial operations, including budgeting, financial analysis, investments, cash flow, and commercial insurance.

“Michelle is a respected leader in fiscal matters,”

says Tips.

“Her extensive background in finances and her knowledge of working for a non-profit make her a perfect fit for our organization.”

Banks is also very involved in community and volunteer activities, serving most recently as the Vice President of Finance for the Junior League of Fort Wayne.

“This is an incredible opportunity to be part of a non-profit organization that has an amazing reputation for serving people throughout northeast Indiana and northwest Ohio,”

says Banks.

“I’m excited to join a team of professionals who believe in strengthening communities.”
