Thank you to everyone who took the time to nominate your peers for our monthly GEM Award! We love being able to celebrate and acknowledge a different employee every month who embodies the values and mission of our organization by going the extra mile every day. Per usual, it's hard to choose just one person, so please help us celebrate our next recipient.

Missy does so much in our home. From coming in and getting things ready for the night to go smoothly, to helping others with the jobs for the night, she always looks for ways to help. Missy helps anywhere she can and is always wanting to learn more in every way. She wants to learn and grow in other homes as well. She's always there for an extra hand when you need it. She makes the night go smoothly by having everything ready to go before her shift even starts. Missy is always going the extra mile to help someone in and out of work.
