"I have noticed in the short time as a Supported Living Manager at Liberty Street that Tracy from Jefferson Street is always willing to go above what is expected as a DSP. Durning group get togethers, she is the first one to jump up and lend a helping hand. She has the best mindset! She does not say, 'It's not my job,' she says, ‘Where do you need me?’ This has been noticed by me on many occasions. At the last minute on a Saturday, a change needed made to get everyone to bowling. A call was made, and Tracy was more than willing to pick up the Liberty Street bowlers along with her own. Her positive willingness to help is remarkable. Pathfinder is better because of her!”
“Tracy always goes above and beyond for Jefferson Street. Tracy has been experiencing some hardship with the loss of a family member, but she continues to work at least 6 days a week even when her family member needed her most and was in the hospital. She has come in everyday and has given her all, and she goes above what her job entails. Tracy is a wonderful asset to Pathfinder. Tracy has been working six days a week for months. She will come in early and run appointments, if needed, and will stay longer if the oncoming staff can't make it in.”
